For a work break, a business meeting, or a social moment, our kitchen stands out for its careful selection of ingredients, respect for tradition, and constant search for less common elements that can give an interesting "twist" even to the most well-known dishes. In addition to the "must-haves" of Reggio Emilia cuisine and our homemade fresh pasta, our chefs will also delight you with seafood offerings and more internationally inspired dishes.
Aperitif
From the classic spritz to international cocktails, passing through a rich selection of gins, whiskies, bitters, spirits, an extensive offering of wines by the glass that changes frequently, and a cellar with over 250 labels. Our rooms are the perfect place for a leisurely aperitif, accompanied by selected music and the offerings of our kitchen.
Dinner
The lights dim, the atmosphere warms up, and the music selection changes to provide the perfect backdrop for your dinners. The menu varies slightly from lunch, but never loses our points of reference: seafood crudités, fresh pasta, meat, and vegetarian dishes will satisfy everyone's tastes.
